Jaehong Lee is an attorney/CPA in Kim & Chang's Tax Audit & Tax Dispute Resolution Practice, Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practice, and Antitrust & Competition Practice. He also regularly advises clients on digital economy-related tax matters.
Robert is a partner in the Corporate & International Tax Services Team at PwC Korea and has over 20 years of experience in providing tax services to multinational clients including a large number of US groups operating in a range of different industry sectors in Korea.
Following 10 years of working with PwC UK, Robert transferred to PwC Korea in 2012 and since that time has specialized in advising foreign businesses on Korean taxation.
Soyun Park is a foreign attorney in the Tax Practice at Kim & Chang. She has extensive experience in advising clients from a variety of sectors on a wide range of international tax planning and transactional tax matters.
Steve is one of four co-chairs of Taxation Committee of American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) in Korea. He advises Korean and foreign MNEs on International tax matters. His area of expertise lies in international tax and transfer pricing and he has assisted numerous MNEs with matters including, inter alia, M&A tax, withholding tax, PE risk assessment, transfer pricing planning & policy setting, APA/MAP, TP documentation, statutory (tax) valuation. Steve’s practice also involves helping clients with tax audit defense and ensuing tax controversies and disputes.
