MESSAGE FROM CO-CHAIRS | ||||||||||
Dear AMCHAM members,
Smart City ? It’s been talked about and discussed and talked about some more. Is it real? Is it still 20yrs out? What and whom does it include? Peter Chun, adviser to the president on blockchain and newly appointed MP of Smart Cities for Korea will answer those questions and talk about immediate opportunities for companies wanting to participate in cohort programs which search for organizations with innovative and interesting technologies to support the strategic planning and build-out of the smart cities. He’ll share how Korea is just a test bed and that the real opportunities lie in other countries. From transportation and power, to infrastructure and environmental impacts, this will be a wealth of information for anyone wanting to better understand the breadth of the Smart City infrastructure. Having talked with him, I can’t imagine any one of us will not be affected by Smart Cities in ways large and small. Don’t miss this opportunity to see how you’re organization can benefit. The meeting will be hosted by Mitchell Williams and assisted by fellow co-chairs Steve Duckworth and Sungdo Gong. |
