About the Speaker

[Moderator] Wade Howk, Chief Operating Officer, Mohegan INSPIRE Entertainment Resort

Howk recently joined INSPIRE has COO bringing extensive executive experience in the gaming, hospitality and entertainment industries. Before coming to Mohegan INSPIRE, Howk served as Chief Financial Officer and interim President for Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati and Corporate Vice President of Strategy for SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. Howk’s background in operational and change management, strategic business planning, employee engagement and relationship management will help build critical partnerships for Mohegan INSPIRE and establish consensus across the levels of organization at the property.

[Panelist] Andrew Kim, Director Sales, Korea and Southeast Asia, Delta Air Lines

Andrew Kim is Director Sales Korea and Southeast Asia at Delta Air Lines. In this position, Andrew leads Delta’s sales teams within the territory while working on expanding cooperation with Korean Air. Andrew joined Delta in October 2017 as Director Korea Sales and assumed his current position from October 2020 with expanded scope of responsibilities. Andrew will have an integral role as a leader of the Delta Sales team in Korea and SE Asia as well developing Global TMCs relationships for the APAC region.

[Panelist] Mark Meaney, Area General Manager – Korea, General Manager – Conrad Seoul

As Area General Manager, Mark has responsibility for Hilton’s operations in South Korea. He leads the hotel teams in all aspects of hotel operations, marketing and hotel administration to guest services and satisfaction of Conrad Seoul, Hilton Garden Inn Seoul Gangnam and the pre-opening hotel, DoubleTree by Hilton Seoul Pangyo. Mark also has the dual responsibility of General Manger of Conrad Seoul, one of South Koreas leading luxury hotels.

[Panelist] Darryl Bilbao, Smart Tourism Team Manager, Seoul Tourism Organization

After starting off the first few years in Korea as an English teacher, interests and work expanded into different fields, including interpretation and translation, translation education, Korean education as a second language, and more, where various certifications were also obtained. Currently managing the global online channels of the Seoul Tourism Organization under the brand, Visit Seoul, he helps play a part in the creation and expansion of smart tourism through various efforts in marketing, localization, and consultation.
