Yu-Jin is a corporate tax partner at KPMG Korea. She has over 16 years of experience serving multinational companies with various Korean and international tax matters. Yu-Jin specializes in providing tax services to multinational companies in a wide range of industries, including general tax consulting, tax audit defense, tax health-checks, tax structuring and M&A. Recently, Yu-Jin has also been actively leading tax advisory projects for foreign fund and professional investors targeting various investment assets in Korea.
Dean is a tax partner based in Singapore with over 30 years professional experience. Dean has gained practical experience from working multiple jurisdictions including Australia, the United States, Luxembourg, and Singapore. Dean is also the Head of International Tax in Asia Pacific for KPMG with a detailed knowledge of the OECD’s proposed GloBE rules.
Conrad Turley is a tax partner at KPMG China. He is the KPMG Asia-Pacific Tax Policy Leader and also leads KPMG China’s tax policy and technical division, the Tax Department of Professional Practice (Tax DPP). Currently based in Beijing, Conrad previously worked for the European Commission Tax Directorate in Brussels, as well as for KPMG in Ireland, the Netherlands and Hong Kong.
Curtis is a U.S. KPMG tax partner that is currently seconded to Singapore. Curtis has more than 25 years of professional experience in public accounting.
For the past 20 years, Curtis has been focused on serving clients with structuring acquisitions and dispositions, as well as performing due diligence and transaction closing assistance. Earlier in his career, he served in his previous firm’s Washington National Tax practice, acting as a resource for practice offices that required assistance in resolving technical issues related to transactions.
