Led by co-heads across multiple practice areas, the team includes former
government officials from the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Korea
Trade Commission, and regulatory policy bodies, providing integrated advice on
issues such as supply chain policy, economic sanctions, export control, and US
trade regulations like the IRA, CHIPS Act, and One Big Beautiful Bill Act.
“As regulatory
complexity increases both domestically and globally, our clients need advice
that bridges legal, policy, and operational perspectives,” said a Seok Hoon
KANG, Chairman and Managing Partner of Yulchon. “With these new additions,
Yulchon is further reinforcing its ability to help clients respond to
institutional risk, government interface, and evolving trade frameworks with
agility and depth.”
