This session brings together three trailblazing professionals—Jeanie Chang, Celina Lee, and Christiana Chae—who were all successful in their chosen field and one day decided to pivot toward a new career and write about it. Our panel will explore the courage required to shift careers, the discipline to write or edit a full-length book, the vulnerability of public storytelling, and the strategic impact of publishing a unique perspective. Led by the Women’s Leadership Committee, this conversation offers universal insights for any professional—regardless of gender—who is committed to fostering a culture of diverse voices and courageous leadership.
