|
On December 8, AMCHAM will host a special seminar featuring distinguished experts from the Labor and Employment Group at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC (BKL). This session will provide AMCHAM members with valuable, practical insights into the latest developments and emerging trends in Korean labor law, as well as expert guidance on how to prepare for the implementation of the newly enacted Yellow Envelope Act, which is scheduled to take effect in March 2026.
The speakers will discuss key implications of the Act, examine recent cases and policy directions, and offer strategic recommendations to help companies proactively manage potential risks and compliance challenges.
Notes:
*Session 1 will be conducted in English, while Sessions 2 and 3 will be in Korean.
*Simultaneous interpretation will be provided.
