    • [Presenter] Claire Choi, Head of Research, CBRE Korea
      Claire S. Choi joined CBRE in October 2017 as a Head of Research, CBRE Korea. She is responsible for overseeing all research activity in Korea, the quality, and production of market statistics and related reports, which mainly includes Office, Retail, Logistics, and Capital Market sectors in Seoul and Greater Seoul area. Claire and her team ensure that a full and innovative range of research, analysis and consultancy services is provided for CBRE clients.

    • [Moderator] Robert Wilkinson, Deputy Managing Director, CBRE Korea
      As Deputy Managing Director of the CBRE Korea business, Rob’s primary responsibility is to execute on the strategy for the growth of the business, working through business priorities to ensure that CBRE remains market leader and expands market share. Rob has direct responsibility for the Office, Retail, Data Center Solutions and the Design Collective teams.

      He is an experienced Chartered Surveyor with a focus on regional and global corporate real estate transaction management and strategy consulting. Originally from the UK, but based in Seoul, and with over 25 years’ experience living in Asia, Rob brings to his post a diverse cultural and linguistic background as well as knowledge of Asian markets and business practices. Rob has worked on real estate transactions across asset classes in almost every major market in the Asia Pacific Region.
