    AMCHAM will be hosting Policy Talks with Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) Chairperson Han Ki Jeong. Chairperson Han will share the KFTC’s reform initiatives on anti competition-related regulations and his insights on improving Korea’s competitiveness as regional headquarters in Asia Pacific.

    About the Speaker

    • Korea Fair Trade Commission Chairperson Han Ki Jeong
      Mr. Han Ki Jeong was appointed as the 21st Chairperson of the Korea Fair Trade Commission. Prior to serving as the Chairperson of FTC, he served as Professor of Seoul National University School of Law from 2010 to current(leave of absence). He also served as Dean of Seoul National University School of Law from 2020 to 2022 and as President of Korea Insurance Research Institute from 2016 to 2019. Mr. Han earned a Bachelor’s in Public Law from Seoul National University. He also received a Ph.D in Law from Cambridge University.
