Jeen Kim is a foreign attorney (admitted in New York and Delaware) with Kim & Chang practicing in the areas of finance and corporate compliance and governance. He has broad transactional and regulatory experience in finance, across banking, asset management, securities, fintech and nonbanking financial services. Prior to his present role, Mr. Kim worked in senior legal, business and compliance roles with several institutions, including Standard Chartered Group, JP Morgan, Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch and Brevan Howard, in New York, Seoul and Singapore. He presently serves as a co-chair of AMCHAM’s Capital Markets & Financial Services Committee.
Joonkee Hong is head of Cumberland Korea LLC, which is a subsidiary of Cumberland DRW, headquartered in Chicago, USA. Cumberland DRW is globally one of the largest OTC and principal trading firm of crypto assets. Joonkee has 30 years of traditional finance background before joining Cumberland DRW in mid-2018.
His previous roles include Asia head of Global Finance at Lehman Brothers and Nomura, Global head of emerging market derivatives at UBS Investment Bank, Korea country head of UBS Group AG and non-executive director of the board at Kakaobank. He served as a council member of various Korean government entities such as Blue House, MoEF, FSS, FSC and Bank of Korea. He graduated from MIT (Massachusetts Institutes of Technology) with BS and MS in Chemical Engineering, and MS in Management.
Michael Kiook Jeoung is the founder and CEO of Digifinance Technology and Asset Management, a Singaporean company (www.digi-finance.io). With a global work experience of 18 years, he has held positions at prominent organizations such as the OECD, Cisco Systems, Ministry of Land and Transport (South Korea), and KOICA. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in the fields of ubiquitous computing(Inter-cloud Fabric), digital transformation, and smart city architecture development.
