AMCHAM Korea is pleased to invite member companies to join the 4^th AMCHAM Service Day on Friday, November 4^th, 2016, which will be held at Gwacheon-si, Gwacheon-dong (TBD) from 2pm - 5pm.

AMCHAM’s charitable arm, the Partners for the Future Foundation has been organizing the annual “Service Day” event every year since 2013.  For the last 3 years, many of our member companies contributed their time and shared their volunteering effort with AMCHAM, partaking in such meaningful activities as the planting the trees at Noeul Park, cleaning the Yangjae Stream and helping support the ECO Bridge Festival by donating company products and unused personal items to help raise funds to be utilized for the needy. 

This year, we are planning to support our neighbors in need by visiting the needy neighborhood in Seoul and help deliver winter briquettes to those households.  The purpose of this event is to share warmth and care to the needy neighbors and provide practical resources (winter briquettes) to help improve their living conditions.  AMCHAM members can participate in this meaningful event by sending us the registration form for any volunteers (or group volunteers from a company) to come join and deliver the winter briquettes during the event.  If a volunteer cannot come on the day of the event but wishes to participate, we also welcome monetary donations. The donations will be utilized to support the needy neighbors supplying more winter fuels. 

We welcome active participation from our AMCHAM members and their families for a rewarding and memorable experience.

n  HOW TO JOIN:       1) Fill out the registration form attached and submit to us by the      deadline

2) Help deliver briquettes during the event at a pre-designated needy neighborhood

* On monetary donations: in case you wish to participate but cannot make it to the event, your contribution with monetary donations alone is also possible - it will be utilized to support the needy neighbors for winter fuels.

* *Volunteer Service Certificate for children will be available upon request.
