  MESSAGE FROM CO-CHAIRS

This presentation aims to provide an insight into the view that young professionals from within the millennial generation have their place in the workforce; as well as how their personal interests can be achieved within a corporate setting and what they expect from their management. In so doing, their behavior, fears and hopes, as well as their leadership needs are addressed. It also asks the question of "what's next" and for today's managers, it outlines the following:

- How to get the most out of their Millennials staff and future leaders
- Understanding what excites and bothers (Korean) millennials
- What's different about the way in which they work?
- Considerations for developing millennials
