Catharina Min is a partner of Covington & Burling LLP (Palo Alto office) and she represents both U.S. and international clients in mergers and acquisitions, private financings, joint ventures, strategic alliances, corporate partnering, securities offerings, and other corporate transactions. She also represents emerging companies in general corporate matters and venture capital financings. In addition, Ms. Min has extensive experience representing Asian clients doing business in the United States.
Anthony Choi is a senior foreign counsel in the Corporate & Finance Group, whose practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private equity & venture capital, energy and natural resources projects, acquisition finance, capital markets and sports & entertainment. Mr. Choi received B.A. in Spanish literature from Seoul National University and J.D. (cum laude) from the Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Choi is a renowned expert in his area of expertise (in particular M&A and private equity investment) and was selected as a Leading Lawyer of Korea Corporate M&A in 2012 and as a Recognized Practitioner of Korea Corporate M&A in 2018 by Chambers Asia-Pacific.
