Dear AMCHAM Members, 

We hope you have had an enjoyable summer. This is our first autumn committee and networking breakfast so please join us as we discuss, "Evolution of Total Reward Strategy" 

Total rewards represent one of the largest ongoing organization expenditures. Well-designed total rewards packages are effective at attracting and retaining talent as well as motivating the behaviors that lead to revenue growth, efficiency and profitability. And yet, the intended outcomes of the total rewards packages are not well articulated, understood, measured or realized. 

Recent evidence also suggests that the majority of companies are not able to effectively differentiate their total rewards offer from packages put forward by their competitors. As a result, the majority of companies are spending vast sums of money on complex total rewards packages, which many employees do not fully understand or appreciate. 

In order to retain key talent, the company must diagnosis total rewards accurately using ‘Total Rewards Index™ (TRI)’, a standardized ruler and effective measurement tool to measure the competitiveness of your total rewards against the benchmark companies, and communicate clearly to employees to help them understand the value of the total rewards provided with ‘Total Reward Statement’.
