Dear AMCHAM Members,


An increasing number of organizations around the world are adopting the science and application of well-being as a way to enhance employees' and members’ life purpose, satisfaction and engagement. These strategies are paying off with gains in productivity, lower health care costs, higher quality relationships, and increased creativity among organizational and team members.

Once a topic with more skeptics than believers, more leaders around the globe are introducing well-being initiatives to shape their enterprises for the future. Dr. Marks will discuss the science of well-being and show how leaders are using well-being initiatives as a catalyst to boost individual and organizational performance.
