Dear AMCHAM Members,

The PWC and HR committees have organized a joint session to provide companies doing business in Korea with an overview on the regulatory changes and successful practices regarding the Korean pension system, which has been in effect for a number of years yet many questions remain on how to successfully implement a pension plan. Towards this end, we are fortunate to have representatives from companies, which have already adopted corporate pension plans and were recognized by the Korean government for their outstanding investment performance, share their experiences on what it takes to adopt and maintain successful pension plans.
