Kristel Schorr, Partner, Foley & Lardner

Kristel Schorr is a partner at Foley & Lardner and chair of its Chemical, Biotechnology & Pharmaceutical Practice. Kristel counsels life sciences clients on intellectual property matters including due diligence, invalidity and non-infringement options, interferences and inter partes review proceedings in various technical areas such as immunology, oncology and molecular and cell biology.

Pavan Agarwal, Partner, Foley & Lardner

Pavan Agarwal is a partner at Foley & Lardner and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation and Electronics Practice Groups. Pavan focuses on patent litigation, as well as licensing, opinions, and portfolio management. Pavan represents manufacturing clients in numerous technical areas, with specialized focus on automotive, communications, and computer hardware and software. Pavan currently serves on the Firm’s Management Committee.

Jihwang Yeo, Associate, Foley & Lardner

Jihwang Yeo is an associate at Foley & Lardner and a member of the firm’s Electronics Practice.
