Invitation Message from Co-Chairs

Accepting an assignment to Korea brings excitement and unique workplace challenges and opportunities. On December 3rd, the AMCHAM Foreign Professionals Committee will combine a networking night with a panel discussion aimed at sharing insight on adapting quickly to the Korean corporate environment while avoiding common pitfalls.

Our panelists come from varied backgrounds and will be sharing insight from the following perspectives: 

-  Dealing with Korean conglomerates as customer

-  Working as a foreign professional in a Korean conglomerate or JV environment

-  Balancing the demands of the local culture, regulatory environment, and market with those of a foreign head office

The panel discussion will be followed by time for Q&A and additional networking.
