Greetings from the Chamber!

Following the first successful “AMCHAM Innovation Camp” at Chungbuk National University in April, we will host the second “AMCHAM Innovation Camp” at Pusan National University on Wednesday, September 25, 2013. As in the first camp, CEOs from leading U.S. companies in Korea will meet with students from the university and talk about how they can best position themselves to get a job after graduation and inform them about internship opportunities at our member firms. By giving a day out of your (busy!) schedule, you (and your company) will be providing a unique experience to the students that no money can buy. In the first camp, we were pleased to see the students (over 250) respond with great enthusiasm and interest to our lectures and mentoring sessions. The event was also covered in the national/local media (please click on links below).

If your company has an internship program that we can share, please fill in and email the attached document to GovPR@amchamkorea.org by Monday, September 9th, 2013, and we will publish it in the “AMCHAM Internship Booklet” which will be distributed to all students participating in the camp. Also, if you are interested in participating as a speaker or mentor yourself, please contact us by email (GovPR@amchamkorea.org) by Wednesday, September 4th, 2013.
