You are invited to a conversation with Catharina Yoosun Min, the Silicon Valley Office Managing Partner of Reed Smith, an international law firm with more than 1,900 lawyers. Catharina’s practice focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and will share her views on the following topics:

Catharina Min (민유선) is a US licensed attorney and the Office Managing Partner of Reed Smith office in Silicon Valley. Catharina has 24 years of legal practice specializing in corporate and M & A law with an emphasis in mergers and acquisitions, private financings, joint ventures, strategic alliances, securities offerings and other corporate transactions. She also represents emerging companies in general corporate matters and venture capital financings. 

Catharina was chosen as one of the California Women Leaders in Law by The Recorder in 2012. She also received the 2013 Debra Zumwalt Pioneer Award. This special award is given each year to a woman attorney who has transformed being the "first" into being a catalyst for change.
