Trust is one of an organization’s most dynamic assets. Edelman’s 2013 Trust Barometer explores the state of trust in institutions, industries and communications and the impact of global scandals on public perceptions as we launch the 2013 Edelman Trust Barometer. This year’s Trust Barometer surveyed more than 35,000 respondents in 26 markets around the world, making it the most robust exploration of trust worldwide. Last year’s Trust Barometer showed the collapse of trust in government and highlighted a path for business to move from the license to operate to the license to lead. The 2013 Edelman Trust Barometer provides special insights on the fallout from recent banking and financial service scandals as well as providing deeper looks at what the public believes drives trust failings and who they believe are best equipped to resolve. David Brain, President for Edelman Asia-Pacific, will present Edelman’s 2013 Trust Barometer for Korea and this will surely provide the attendees with insights on the growing importance of trust in business and its correlation to business operation.
