AMCHAM is excited that the long-pending Korea-U.S. Free Trade Agreement (KORUS FTA) has finally been ratified by the Korean National Assembly on November 22nd, 2011. The two governments are working on final details with an aim to have the deal go into effect on the earliest date possible.
