ARTICLE X

Section 1. EFFECTIVE DATE

Any Constitutional amendments shall take effect and be enforced immediately upon adoption via the procedures defined above.

Section 2. CONVERSION OF MEMBERSHIPS

All membership in the Chamber existing on the date of the adoption of this Constitution shall be converted by action of the Board of Governors to appropriate classes hereunder except as provided in Section 3 of this Article X.
