ARTICLE I

Section 1. NAME
This organization shall be known as THE AMERICAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE IN KOREA, hereinafter called "the Chamber."
Section 2. DOMICILE
The legal domicile of the Chamber shall be in the city of Seoul, Korea.
