How do I RSVP?
After filling out the RSVP form which you can download from the online AMCHAM calendar, please fax to the AMCHAM Customer Service Coordinator (fax: (02) 6201-2233)
Sending the form via email is also accepted ONLY if the signature of the applicant is included in the case of payments made by credit cards.

What are the payment options?
There are three options:
• Credit card: Please include the signature of card owner
• Bank Deposit: Please fax the deposit slip after deposit
• Pay at the door: Possible to pay by either credit card or cash

How can I attend AMCHAM events without RSVP?
Since the
RSVP proceeds until 12:00pm the day before the meeting,
you can attend the events by Walk-In on the site.
However, an additional amount of KRW 10,000 will be
charged |

Is it safe to include credit card information on the form?
Your credit card information is used only for the event payment. The information you provide is never used again, and AMCHAM guarantees that your information is safe and confidential. |

How can I receive a receipt?
Your receipt will be given to you when you register at the meeting site. In case of absence, your receipt will be sent to you by mail to your office address. |

If the receipt is lost, can I receive the receipt again?
In the case lost receipts, please contact the AMCHAM Customer Service Coordinator at 02) 6201- 2201. The receipt will be reissued and sent to the receptor by mail or fax. |

If several members from the same company register for the same event, should the registrations be submitted separately?
If the payment options for all of the applicants are the same including the credit card information, one registration form can be submitted with all the applicants¡¯ names and email addresses listed. Otherwise, please submit separate registration forms. |

When paying by credit card, when is the payment is made?
The payment will be made on the day before the meeting, after all the registrations are done |

How can I confirm my registration?
A confirmation email will be sent out on the day before the meeting after the payment process is finished. If you would like to confirm the registration in advance, please contact the AMCHAM Customer Service Coordinator at 02) 6201- 2201. |

Is it possible to register AMCHAM events without being AMCHAM member?
Registration for non-AMCHAM members is possible if the meeting is not restricted. However, joining AMCHAM is highly recommended in order to receive the many privileges of an AMCHAM member. |

What should I bring to the meeting?
All presentation materials for the meeting is prepared by speakers and committee Co-Chairs of the meeting. However, for rapid progress of entry, obtaining business cards would be appreciated. |
