Sung-Min Won is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang and is a member of Kim and Chang’s Labor & Employment as well as SAPA Practice Groups. Mr. Won’s extensive experience managing all aspects of legal and business affairs for one of the largest food retail companies in the world allows him to provide clients with practical legal solutions with business insight.
Kyson Keebong Paek is an attorney at Kim & Chang. His practice focuses on criminal defense, corporate compliance and cross-border litigations. He is a member of Kim & Chang’s SAPA Practice Group. He has represented a number of entities and individuals before a variety of investigating authorities, including the Prosecutors’ Office, National Police, Korea Customs Service and Labor Office. Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Paek served as senior Public Prosecutor in the Prosecutor’s Office and State Attorney in the Ministry of Justice.
Jay Kim is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang specializing in litigation and crisis management, involving matters both civil and criminal. His main areas of focus are intellectual property, product liability, compliance and government regulations. He has advised clients across numerous industries, including chemicals, healthcare, automotive and consumer products. Before joining Kim & Chang, Jay served in the Korean military negotiating government defense contracts, previously working at the New York office of Pennie & Edmonds as a litigator and Foster Wheeler as a chemical engineer.
