	ABOUT THE SPEAKER

			Adi Ofek Ms. Adi Ofek has been the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Korea Ltd. since January 2014. Ms. Ofek served as the Chief of Credit Operation of Daimler Financial Services in Africa and Asia-Pacific from 2007 to 2013. Ms. Ofek began her career at Daimler in 2000, started working for the financial services division of the German auto giant in Israel. 			Eun-Joo Chae E.J. (Eun-Joo) Chae is an Office Managing Director of Korn/Ferry’s Seoul office and she leads the Firm’s Consumer and Industrial Markets and General Practice. 			John Lee John J. Lee is the CEO of Meritz Asset Management a Korea domiciled asset manager established in 2008. The current total asset under management is approximately $7.7 billion. Prior to Meritz, Mr. Lee was a Managing Director and a senior portfolio manager at Lazard Asset Management. Prior to Lazard, Mr. Lee was a Managing Director at Scudder Stevens and Clark (Later acquired by Deutche Bank) where he managed ‘The Korea Fund’ since 1991 until he joined Lazard in 2005. click to view SPEAKER'S FULL BIO

		Dear AMCHAM members, AMCHAM PWC is extremely pleased and honored to host a panel discussions by inviting two distinguished female leaders in Korea, EJ Chae and Adi Ofek, to share their professional views and insights on women's issues. It will be an invaluable opportunity to learn how women can reach executive positions. We have also invited Mr. John Lee as moderator who will initiate interaction and sharing of ideas with the audience based on his extensive experience in gender diversity. This is especially a very meaningful session for AMCHAM, as EJ Chae is currently the Co-Chair for the AMCHAM Professional Women's Committee and has recently been promoted to the current position. ?
