1) Committee's mission statement

Intellectual Property Rights Committee under AMCHAM Korea aims and strives (1) to interconnect people and member companies to share and enhance knowledge in the field of intellectual property laws and policies and (2) to promote a long-term legislative and legal environment in which the member companies can prosper, (3) to provide a consolidated voice for its members in the area of intellectual property laws and policies, (4) to put effective IPR enforcement measures in place for every sector both in private and public, and (5) promote the favorable digital forensic measures and policies as well as TPM and raise awareness of importance of IPR in the new era of IoT, Cloud Computing, Data Analytic, 3D Printing, etc.
