1) Committee's mission statement and list of general activities in support of that mission statement:

AMCHAM Private Equity Committee serves as a forum for AMCHAM members to obtain the latest news and information, and to discuss current issues, which are of interest to the private equity and venture capital industry in Korea. In furtherance of our mission, we hold at least one meeting each quarter, and generally invite influential speakers who can address areas of interest both domestic and global.
