ARTICLE IX |
|
| |
Section 1. AMENDMENT TO CONSTITUTION
Any proposed amendment to this Constitution shall be considered by the Board of Governors, which shall then present its recommendations to a regularly called meeting (or by email) of the COMPANY membership voting members and INDIVIDUAL members of the Chamber, at which time action may be taken or amendments can be approved by written balloting (email) of eligible members.
Due notice of the text of the proposed amendment or amendments shall be sent to each voting member in advance of the meeting or balloting. Amendments to this Constitution shall be adopted upon approval by two-thirds of the eligible voting members present at a regularly called meeting or by a like number by written ballot.

Section 2. AMENDMENTS TO BY-LAWS
The By-Laws may be amended at a meeting of the Board of Governors at which a quorum is present, unless otherwise provided for under these Articles. All changes of the By-Laws shall be reported to the Membership in writing. |
